SAFE TREAT : Antiscalant Chemical for Boiler, cooling tower and all types of heat exchanger

 

  • Antiscalant are chemical which protects deposition of hard water scales on the heat transfer surface of boilers or any type of heat exchanger. If deposition of scale is not taken care, it results in poor performance due to reduced heat transfer capacity and some times problems become so big that equipment needs to shut down and need to replace or clean heat transfer surfaces by dismantle the equipment.
  • SAFE TREAT  prevent lime scale deposition on metal surfaces in contact with hot water, such as in boilers, water heaters and cooling towers and all type of heat exchangers.
  • SAFE TREAT composition has chemicals which remove calcium and magnesium hardness present in hard water and converts them in water soluble complexes which remain soluble in water and do not precipitate and adhere on metal surface in water circulatory system.
  • SAFE TREAT in regular use of higher dosing of   0.05% to 0.1% is useful in medium to large sized cooling towers (capacity greater than 20 tons to 100 tons and more) for slow removal of already deposited scale along with new scale deposit prevention in running/operating condition without need of blow down.

pH of Safe Treat      :       1.0 (acidic)

Dosing                        :       0.01 % to 0.02% for water hardness 500ppm. Dosing will increase with corresponding increase in hardness. Dosing will be double if water hardness is 1000ppm.

pH of 0.01% solution :       6.0

Dealer Price                           :       Rs. 160/- per kg; GST @18% and freight on TO PAY basis.

Packing                           :       40kg and 65kg carboy.
