Acid stable Soaping agent (for Single Bath Washing and Neutralization)

  • Neowash is an anionic detergent, which find application in single bath washing and neutralization of dyed cotton goods.
  • It do not contain any mineral acid so its acidic pH is fabric friendly.
  • It removes unfix dyes and residue chemicals. Do not harm fixed color.
  • Treatment with it results in dry and wet rubbing fastness in range 4-5.
  • It is foaming compound, so antifoam need to be added with it externally for application in  HTHP closed systems like Soft flow and Cone dyeing equipment. It is also suitable in open system like jiggers, winch but antifoam should be added along with NeoSoap if excessive foam is problem
  • Free from formaldehyde compounds, APEO, NPEO, it is stable in acidic medium. Therefore washing with Neowash and neutralization with acetic acid is done in same process bath. This saves time and energy along with water and lesser load on ETP.
  • Quantity of acetic acid for neutralization will be lesser with Neowash and no need to add core alkali neutralizer as Neowash will take care of core alkali neutralization also.

pH of 1gpl solution :   6.0

Specific gravity    :   1.10

Dosing          :         0.5% to 1.0% owg depending upon light to very dark shade.

Process instruction : Process temperature of 70°C to 80°C for better results but results achieved at room temperature also.

Price              :        Rs.85/- per kg. Tax : GST 18% extra, Freight on TO PAY basis.

Packing         :        50kg carboy.
